INSPIRATION WEEK

JOIN US

Inspiring people, in inspiring places, do inspiring things!

25 people + 15 workshops + 1 magical location = 1 INSPIRATIONAL EXPERIENCE!

4-11 September (join us for as long as you like, minimum 2 nights)

** Event held in mix of Spanish and English

Step out of your day-to-day routines and into a stunning environment, be surrounded by a group of driven and passionate people. Just 90 minutes outside of Barcelona, in the national park of Montseny, lies a recently renovated 13th century monastery. A place where we can escape the hustle and bustle of the city, break our routines and transcend our boundaries in order to focus, find clarity, trigger our creativity and be inspired.

Inspiration week is divided into two components:

  • 4-9 SEPTEMBER STRATEGIZE BUSINESS, STRATEGIZE LIFE: For entrepreneurs, freelancers and others who want to work from somewhere different, and incredibly inspiring, in order to work ON their business more than IN it.  The environment, location, people and program provide a perfect setting to help you put your business, and your life, in perspective.  We also look at ‘Big Picture’ topics related to our work such as vision, strategy, branding, communications and creativity.
  • 9-11 SEPTEMBER IDEA TO REALITY CONVERSION: The weekend program is designed for people with an idea that they would like to implement (either as a new business idea, or within their business) and for those who do not have a business idea but are looking to do something different with their life and are looking for new ideas.

PROFILES & PRIORITIES

Understanding the new consumer to be able to get ahead of the curve in terms of their needs and with the services you offer.

Facilitators: Soraya Bram

DISCONNECT TO RECONNECT: The Art Of Doing Nothing

How much time do you spend by yourself during the day?  No people, no phone, no noise … You probably think you are too busy for that. You are most likely a multi-tasking lover than a silent seeker. Bad news for you, you are not multitasking, you are multi-switching and that is distracting and making you anxious.  Even if it seems crazy, the art of doing nothing can maximize your productivity,  boost your creativity and most importantly it can even make the best out of you.
Through mindfulness and yoga tools you’ll learn some rutines for switching off your thoughts, connecting to the present moment and accepting it without judgment. In this workshop you’ll experience how to disconnect to reconnect.

Facilitators: Palma Valdivielso &  Raquel Ollero

THE CONSCIOUS SALE

Have you ever considered what actually causes success? If it were something beyond just the day-to-day mechanics of running your business, would you be interested in understanding that so that you could create success for yourself?

Having a deep understanding of business and sales does not guarantee consistent performance. With the right mindset, self-awareness and awareness of your operating environment you can break free from the ties that bind your success.

The Conscious Sale workshop, by Taran Hughes, gives an introduction to 3 key areas of awareness – State – Intention – Belief – that, when practiced, will positively change the way you interact with the world around you, your experiences of success, as well as enhance the quality of your work relationships. The Conscious Sale focuses on the the area you can have the greatest impact, yourself.

Facilitator: Taran Hughes

VISUAL THINKING FOR LIFE

Visualizing increases the potential of finding creative and innovative solutions. Have you ever taken notes with diagrams, arrows or small symbols to help you organize concepts? Do you remember making a complex explanation on a piece of paper to facilitate understanding or structure a speech?  Visual thinking and its tools propose, in a simple and intuitive way, different ways of organizing ideas graphically, understanding and clarifying situations, or designing projects.

Facilitator: Neus Benages

EMAIL MARKETING IN AN AGE OF DIGITAL DISTRACTION

Are you looking forward to receiving one more email? Guess what – your clients probably aren’t so enthusiastic either to hear from you by email. Your message is important, but how can you deliver it in an age of digital distraction, when everyone is overwhelmed by hundreds of messages coming his or her way?

Join the founder of a London digital detox agency Consciously DigitalTEDxspeaker and former digital marketer Anastasia Dedyukhina to learn, how not to spam subscribers, and yet create emails that people open, read and love. Anastasia will explain, how we behave online, and share best and worst examples of email campaigns.

DESIGN YOUR DAY, DESIGN YOUR LIFE

A growing number of us have more freedom to work wherever and whenever we want.  Are we really taking advantage of this blessed situation to live life to its fullest?  Are we taking a holistic view and leading a balanced life? Do we structure our days to be in harmony with our personal biorhythms? Are we mindful of our moods and states and take them in to account as we move through the day?

The paradigm of work/life balance has shifted to it’s all just living.  Living for the weekends in a 9-5 existence can move over to a more fluid way of living…one where we become the architect of our own lifestyles.  During this workshop we look at alternative ways of structuring your days and week to work towards building your dream life.

In every session we do art activities in order to improve the relationship with ourselves. Techniques and colours are carefully selected. They’re elements that besides bringing harmony and beauty, take us on a journey to the core of our essence. Conscious work with colours and techniques help to transform our mood, to bring us out of ourselves. This is how every meeting becomes a unique, flowing experience. Each meeting takes us to another level of knowledge and creativity.

YOGA CLASS, HATHA VINYASA

On the first of may there will be The OM LINES hatha vinyasa yoga class given by two teachers (Palma and Raquel) including constant hands on adjustments adapted to every student´s needs.

Hatha Yoga is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Vinyasa essentially means movement synchronized with breath and the vinyasa style is based on a continuous flow from one posture to the next.

    • teaches technique and confidence
    • is safe and effective
    • feels good and heals
    • takes a student further than they can go on their own
    • honors the trust between teacher and student

What you need to know:

    • 1,5h class
    • All levels are welcome
    • Comfortable outfit
